What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking, many rental companies will monitor delays. However, please also notify us by email if you expect to arrive late.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations are usually free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Always check the cancellation policy on your voucher.
What if I need to change or extend my rental?

Our team will handle the process directly with the rental company.
